During this session you will get an overview from the Icelandic, Faroese and Greenland Tourist Boards on which supportive tools, you as an Operator have access to.
Following the overviews, there will be opportunity to sit with representatives from each Tourist Board and be informed on how to access specific tools, such as photos, content, press- and fam trips and more.

This session will give your perspectives from stakeholders in the industry about safety and quality standards. Examples on how the issues are handled by tour operators and what international agents are looking for when choosing destination and tour operators.

In this session we will look at how market surveys and statistics may be used as effective tools in the planning of marketing concepts and product development.
We will draw from the NIT Market Surveys and examples from the Greenland segmentation and content production.
There will be time for discussion and questions.
