Registration fee
Standard workshop table with 3 chairs, 1 person DKK 8500,-.

Standard workshop table with 4 chairs, 2 persons DKK 6500,- per person.


Included in the price:
Workshop table and 3/4 chairs.
Transport to/from the airport.
Seminar/conference, lunch and get-together 13 September. Lunch and Gala dinner 14 September


Not included in the price:
Flights to/from Faroe Islands.
Accommodation during the event and accommodation for any extra nights e.g. due to delays in departure.

Deadline for registration is 15 August 2011
 
Payment
An invoice with payment details will be sent to you after you have registered

-the registration is not final before the payment is received.

 
We accept all credit cards, except Diners Club, and the cardfee will be added to your total price. Debit cards are not accepted.

 

Flight tickets
Flight tickets are not included in the price. Exhibitors need to purchase their flight tickets directly at Atlantic Airways tel. no. +298 341010 or email booking@atlantic.fo

 

Ferry "Norrøna"

Alternatively you could take the ferry "Norrøna" from Hanstholm/Denmark on Saturday, Sept. 10 arriving in Tórshavn/Faroe Islands on Moday, Sept. 12 and return Thursday Sept. 15 with the arrival in Hanstholm/Denmark Saturday, Sept. 17. Accommodation
When you register you can choose to book accommodation for 12 – 15 September (3 nights) at selected hotels on this website. See options and prices here

Admission
Admission to the Travel Mart is for registered participants only – all participants must wear their badges, clearly visible, at the seminar/conference, workshop and the social events.


Transfer
Transfer to/from the airport and transport to the workshop and social events are included in the price, for both buyers and exhibitors – however, meeting point for exhibitors will be at one of the buyers’ hotels (Hotel Føroyar, Hotel Tórshavn, Hotel Hafnia).


Further information regarding transfer will be sent out in a newsletter at a later date. 
 
Appointments
Business at the Travel Mart is based on pre-arranged appointments. The appointments are mainly by request of the buyers, supplemented by requests from exhibitors. The appointments system is based on 20-minute appointments. Appointment request forms will be available from mid-August.


Cancellations
If you need to cancel your registration, you must send a written notification to the Travel Mart organiser . Cancellations made later than 14 days after the reception of the confirmation but before 10 August will be charged a service fee of DKK 2,000.00. Cancellations made after this date will not be refunded.

 
Workshop specifications
Each stand is 2.5m high and is comprised of a 1m wide back wall and two side walls, each 1m wide – further information’s about the stands will be sent out in one of the newsletters at a later date.
