Registration

Registration fee:
The price for buyers participating in Vestnorden Travel Mart 2011 is DKK 3.900,- per person 
 
Included in the price:
Flight transport from Atlantic Airways destinations (Copenhagen, Billund and Reykjavík) to the Faroe Islands and return.

! Note: Airport taxes are NOT included and must therefore be paid by the participant

 
Accommodation incl. breakfast in single/double room (3 nights) 12-15 September.
Seminar/conference and workshop participation.
Lunch and get-together 13 September. Lunch and Gala dinner 14 September
Transport to/from the airport and in connection with workshops and events.

Not included in the price:
Airport taxes (approximately DKK 900,- for a return ticket)
Pre- and post-Travel Mart tours
Accommodation at transit destinations
Extra nights in the Faroe Islands

Registration deadline
The deadline for registration is  19 August 2011
 
Payment
An invoice with payment details will be sent to you after you have registered

-the registration is not final before the payment is received.

 
We accept all credit cards, except Diners Club, and the cardfee will be added to your total price. Debit cards are not accepted.

  
Flight tickets
Flight tickets to/from the Faroe Islands from Atlantic Airways destinations are included in the registration fee. When you register you can choose between the times available in the registration form. If you have any questions regarding flights, please contact the Travel Mart organizer. 
 

Connecting flights

If you need to travel from the U.S. or Canada Icelandair offers flights from/to one of their destinations in the U.S or Canada to Iceland (Keflavík) at a special, reduced price.

This offer is only valid for buyers who participate at Vestnorden Travel Mart 2011 in the Faroe Islands. To order, please send an email to salessupport@icelandair.is and remember to attach the order confirmation that you receive, when you have signed up for the Travel Mart as proof of your participation.

All costs of connecting flights are payable directly to Icelandair.

Accommodation
Accommodation incl. breakfast 12 – 15 September (3 nights) is included. For additional accommodation please contact the Travel Mart organizer

Admission
Admission to the Travel Mart is for registered participants only – all participants must wear their badges, clearly visible, at the seminar/conference, workshop and the social events.

Transfer
Transfer to/from the airport and transport to the workshop and social events are included in the price. Further information regarding transfer will be sent out in a newsletter at a later date. 
 
Pre- and post-Travel Mart tours
Pre- and post-Travel Mart tours in the Faroe Islands, Iceland and Greenland will be offered in connection with the Travel Mart, to buyers only. Please note that these tours are not included in the price. Read more about the tours here

Appointments
Business at the Travel Mart is based on pre-arranged appointments. Buyers’ requests for appointments with exhibitors are given priority. There is a maximum of 25 appointments available per person throughout the Travel Mart. Appointment request forms will be available from the beginning of August.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel your registration, you must send a written notification to the Travel Mart organiser . Cancellations made later than 14 days after the recetion of the confirmation but before 10 August will be charged a service fee of DKK 1,000,-. Cancellations made after this date will not be refunded.
